After the final grade is set, we apply a Termidor soil treatment around the foundation in a single trip. It creates a continuous barrier that protects the structure from subterranean termites before the slab is poured or construction continues.
A 99B is the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture certification form that documents a pre-construction termite treatment. It’s required for new home construction in Oklahoma. We deliver 99Bs the next business day after installation.

In most cases, one treatment after final grade is all that’s needed for the pre-construction termite treatment. If additional pest control services are part of your scope, we’ll coordinate those on a schedule that aligns with your build timeline.
